Anita Gouveia, CTDP is a Senior Manager of Learning & Organizational Development for one of the world’s leading providers of supply chain solutions. Known for her out of box approach to design and transferring learning to behaviour change, her initiatives have supported strategic growth, improved organization innovation and created a culture of continuous learning. Over the past 15 years, Anita has helped to build learning opportunities in a wide variety of sectors, including hospitality, retail, education, and health care. With her most recent certification in Prosci Change Management she is currently building credibility around the implementation of change management initiatives. Her positive return on execution is inspiring and has enabled her to be seen as the leading country and has grown to a global standard within Panalpina. Anita has been on the executive board of the IPL Peel-Halton Chapter for nearly 10 years, and serving as the Chair for the past 3. Her passion is lifelong learning and she enjoys sharing and exploring new ideas and future trends with her peers and social networks.
