-Elements that create a task or program approach and;
-How to measure the effectiveness of a program.

Elizabeth Yorski is a longtime Learning & Development professional who works with the drive of a consultant and oversight of a senior leader, who has a perspective of governance from the public school board, corporate experience from Pratt & Whitney, BGIS among others, and specializes in leadership programs and organizational development. She holds a Master’s diploma in Instructional Technology, is a CTDP, a certified coach, and is currently studying at the U of T to complete a MAMS.
