Robert Day (semi-retired) is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, licensed Investigator and paralegal with over 25 years of experience in multiple risk management disciplines (holding various designations, including Fire Eng Tech, CSP, Grad IOSH, CRSP) and working in an advisory capacity for organizations in countries including Canada, USA, United Kingdom and China. Mr. Day’s professional experiences have reinforced the importance of training in productivity, quality, security and safety management processes and the need to ensure that training is regulatory compliant, delivered with consistency, engages the learner and demonstrates the organizations due diligence.
Darcy Chalifoux, Director of Client Integration
Darcy Chalifoux is a senior executive with 20 plus years of experience in the service and logistics industry. As part of this experience he was responsible for managing a variety of operational risks that were key to the liability of the organization and the safety of both internal and client personnel. A variety of these risks either incorporated or solely relied on the provision of online training to workforce personnel. Mr. Chalifoux’s current role is focused on assisting industry improve the integrity of online training through the integration of biometric technology.
