Dan Berteanu is a computer science engineer, an entrepreneur in the learning business and the creator of VRunners, a unique serious game which enables organizations to leverage their previous and current learning investments.

Dan is a strong believer in life-long learning and continuous improvement. He also believes that adult education should be intellectually challenging, engaging and pragmatic. And for that to happen the business should apply what the science knows regarding people motivation, behavior economics and cognitive science.
