The Work That Works: - Superior Communication Culture through Honoring Cognitive Diversity one-hour keynote demonstrates how groups of people can work together and improve communications through the honoring of Cognitive Diversity. Because Cognitive Diversity exists, the critical factor is whether differences become an obstacle or a catalyst.
Webinar Participants will learn to identify communication pitfalls, improve connections, and strengthen performance through reinforcing an enlightening process of self-awareness and discovery.
The real-life magic difference happens when we use our thinking and behavioral strengths to listen effectively, collaborate synergistic-ally and communicate with impact.
Approach: Far from being simply a lecture, this session will include:
•Reflective interactive activities to connect concepts to personal cognitive communication strengths
•Review of concepts that will lay a solid foundation for strong communication
•Story-telling and activities to illustrate concepts
