Regina - Building a Culture of Continuous Learning

Regina - Building a Culture of Continuous Learning
If your organization wants to maintain its competitive advantage and retain its employees then this is an event you don’t want to miss.

In the 2017 Deloitte report on “Global Human Capital Trends” the creation of a continuous learning environment was ranked #2 in the top 10 trends. In order to retain employees and maintain a competitive advantage “Careers and Learning – Real Time, All the Time” was identified by 83% of the organizations that were surveyed.
The I4PL Regina Chapter is pleased to have Rob Jerrett from Farm Credit Corporation provide his insight into the creation of a culture of learning at FCC and how they are leveraging the 70:20:10 methodology to create a culture of continuous learning. Following Rob’s presentation attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a round table discussing how having or not having a learning culture impacts the organization, their employees and the customers they serve.
