REGINA: A Unique Employee Engagement Approach to Learning

REGINA: A Unique Employee Engagement Approach to Learning
We invite you to explore and experience a unique employee engagement approach to learning ~ Actionable Conversations.

We are very excited that Nancy Priest, Chief Experience Officer of Glass of Learning Inc. will be making a special trip to Regina from her home in Kitchener Ontario, to introduce us to her unique and innovative approach to learning and engagement. The world of learning and development is changing; as available resources such as time, dollars and attention span dwindle, the need for new, innovative approaches to learning and engagement grow. Actionable Conversations is one such approach. It's a micro-learning alternative, led by a team leader that builds employee engagement through conversations.

This session will weave together micro learning modules that build on your coaching skills, creating ready application in both your personal and professional practices. As leaders, consultants and educators, when we are approached for help, we typically respond with answers, whether this is a direct report, a client or a colleague. In this session, participants will learn how to develop coaching habits by asking coaching questions, demonstrating trust behaviours and being thoughtful of the words we use. These practices create an engaged workplace that people can thrive in. This session you will be based on Actionable Conversations, inspired by top business authors. The evening will provide you with an experience you can add to your learning and performance toolkit.
