Organizations often discover their learning and development resources are inconsistent across the organization. Job aids, eLearning, and other tools are scattered all over the place. Making it extremely difficult for team members to track down what they need when they need it. Not only does this negatively impact employee engagement, it also hugely impacts business results.
Our learners have different expectations. Balancing those expectations with technology limitations, ever¬-changing business needs, and limited resources can be like walking a tightrope. We'll demonstrate the simplicity of an integrated learning ecosystem and share real ¬life examples of learning ecosystem designs that work in any environment. Building integrated and custom user experiences while pulling content from many locations can prove to be cumbersome and often impossible. You will leave understanding the power of content curation and how to get the information in the hands of your employees. You also will re-evaluate your current learning designs and the impact they have on business performance.
In this session you will...
• understand the power of content curation and how to get the information in the hands of employees
• learn better ways of designing learning that drives business performance
• comprehend the purpose and importance of design thinking
• gain knowledge on out of the box thinking when working with your LMS to provide a better learner experience
