Abstract:

Kirkpatrick’s model of the four levels of training evaluation has been in use since the 1950’s and continues to gain traction in the training community. However, program evaluation has expanded rapidly over the last few decades and has much to offer when measuring outcomes in today’s rapidly changing and unpredictable business world. Gail will provide a quick overview of some of the useful features of program evaluation and will encourage us to think creatively about meaningful change in our practice.
