We all know that successful learning projects require effective project management.  At the intersection of the Project Management and Learning disciplines, you'll find Neil Sanderson, Former President of the Project Management Institute, Southern Alberta Chapter (PMI-SAC) and long time educator and consultant.   Please join us as Neil presents his thoughts on the secret ingredient to managing learning projects!


Presenter Bio:

Neil Sanderson BSc, PMP, CTDP

Neil Sanderson is a Senior Project Manager, Consultant, and Educator. Over thirty years, he has helped businesses and individuals perform better and faster, through practical use of Project Management.   Neil was a manager in the Calgary branch of an international IT consulting firm, ran the enterprise systems group at a major institution, and has been an independent management consultant for the past six years.  

As President of Project Management Institute-Southern Alberta, he transformed that chapter into a top PM professional association in North America. In addition, Neil has designed and delivered technical, project management, and leadership courses for over 24 years. 

Neil believes in Practical Project Management, and is keenly interested in bringing the essential benefits of project management to industries that are new to the discipline.
